Enrolment Procedure

Choose a course of study and decide when you want to start classes.
Refer to the website providing information for Education Services for Overseas Students on:
Read the Student Agreement, complete and sign the Application Form.

Send the Application Form to the Pacific English Study agent in your country or email it to: [email protected].
When we receive your Application Form, we will send you a:
(1) Letter of Offer,
(2) Enrolment Acceptance, and an
(3) Invoice for Payment.

Please forward your fees in full and sign the Enrolment Acceptance letter and send it back to us.
Pacific will then send the appropriate confirmation documents (including the COE if you are applying for a student visa). If you are applying for a student visa, you must show these documents at the Australian Embassy when you apply for your visa.
Please check with the Australian Embassy if any special visa conditions apply to your country.

Credit cards can be processed at no extra charge on all transactions. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Students who stay with families over the Christmas holidays will be asked to pay an extra $100 for the Christmas & New Year break.
There is a holding fee of $50 per week required if the student wishes to reserve the homestay room while they travel.
Students who use our homestay service must use our transfer service.
For all transfers between the hours of 10pm to 4am, there will be a $50 surcharge.
Pacific Holiday
Pacific English Study closes on all Australian public holidays and for 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Year period. 2024: 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025.
